Diana Raymond-Watts is a strategic and results-driven leader with over a decade of experience in enterprise performance management, quality improvement, program evaluation, and strategic execution within the healthcare sector. As the Director of Enterprise Performance Evaluation and Strategic Initiatives at Durham Community Health Centre, Diana plays a pivotal role in advancing organizational excellence and driving impactful, system-level change.
Her career is marked by a consistent focus on transformational initiatives, service delivery enhancement, and the cultivation of a culture grounded in continuous improvement. Diana brings proven expertise in data-informed decision-making, cross-sector collaboration, and aligning enterprise performance with long-term strategic goals.
Prior to her current role, Diana served as the Strategic Implementation Lead with the Durham Ontario Health Team and as Director of Quality and Accountability at Toronto North Support Services, where she led complex initiatives to strengthen quality frameworks and organizational accountability.
Diana holds a Master of Science in Health Administration and is both a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Crucial Conversations trainer, equipping her to lead teams and systems through change with clarity, structure, and empathy.
In addition to her professional work, Diana is actively involved in community outreach. She serves as the co-lead of the Uganda Support Team at Sanctus Church, where she contributes to global partnership efforts focused on sustainable development and long-term relationship-building.
