Our 3-Step Intake Process

Reach Out

Talk With Our Team

We’ll set up a friendly intake meeting (in person or by phone) to learn about your situation, explain our programs (like Community Counselling or the School Program), and answer your questions. Feel free to bring a friend or support person.

Start Your Supports

Together, we’ll build a plan that fits your life—whether that’s weekly Parenting Groups, live-in treatment, drop-in at the Young Parent Hub, or licensed child care in our Early Learning Centre. We’ll be with you every step of the way.

Accessibility

Rosalie Hall is committed to removing barriers for clients with disabilities. Our building is fully AODA-compliant, and we offer accommodations—such as ASL interpretation, large-print materials or wheelchair access—so you can participate fully in any service.
