Rosalie Hall is an accredited, client-centred infant and early childhood mental health centre in Scarborough, serving pregnant and parenting youth (ages 12-29) and their families. For more than a century, we’ve provided free, trauma-informed support—helping young families access counselling, education, child care, housing and more—so they can build healthy, resilient futures.

Young Parent Hub

Group services focused on topics identified by young parents. We offer workshops and activities with a warm meal and food support services. Childcare is provided.

On-site high school tailored for pregnant and parenting students—earn credits while staying close to your child.

Early Learning Child Care Centre

Licensed child care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers including early literacy and child development enrichment.

Live-In Treatment

Live-In Treatment for young parents and their babies who need 24/7 support and stability.

Food Supports, Items for Baby & Other Support Services

Support to access essentials like food, baby supplies, scholarship opportunities, referrals and connections to additional services and supports.

Our Story & Values

Founded in 1914 by the Misericordia Sisters and named for Sister Rosalie Cadron-Jette, we carry forward a legacy of compassion, respect and collaboration. Today, our mission is the same: to champion mental, physical and developmental health in young families, forging pathways of mercy, resilience and hope for future generations.
